How to Learn the Language of Music

In this 40 page book, you will learn the Audiation Foundation. Specifically:

  • Rhythm: Macrobeats and microbeats in duple and triple meters.
  • Harmony: Resting tone and tonic and dominant functions in major and minor tonalities.
  • Reading: You will learn how to read familiar tonal and rhythm patterns.

All of the lessons in this book are coordinated with The Literate Musician videos. This is an ideal beginning workbook for students on the beginning of their audiation journey.
